MDTA takes the privacy of participants very seriously and complies with all legislative requirements. These include the Privacy Act 1988 and National Privacy Principles (2001). In some cases, the law requires us to make participant information available to others. In all other cases, MDTA will seek the written permission of the participant for such disclosure.

By subscribing to our Facebook Live Online training you fully understand and agree that it is being offered for information purposes only, where MDTAs training sessions will be delivered on Facebook Live to give access to those who cannot attend face to face sessions due to distance, location and other factors the option to watch and odserve our sessions. MDTA is not responsible for any individual that physically attempts or practices any of the techniques shown on the Facebook Live cast. As there is a risk of injuries, associated with participation in any physical activity where the risks may increase in activities involving physical contact, or with the interaction with moving objects or other individuals. These risks include, but are not limited to: injury to the head, neck, or spine; injury to the muscular or skeletal systems; injury to internal or external organs; loss of or damage to sight, hearing, or teeth; loss of income, career opportunities, or the enjoyment of life; pain; and scarring or disfigurement.
